BULLTOWN FARMHOUSE is an attractively restored 15th century timber framed Kentish farmhouse situated on the southwestern side of the North Downs and Pilgrims Way offering unspoilt countryside and superb walks.

The Cathedral city of Canterbury is only 12 miles, Ashford 7 miles and the Channel Ports of Folkestone and Dover are 10 and 18 miles respectively. The M20 Junction 10 is only 5 miles, giving access to other motorways and Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

Directions to find Bulltown Farmhouse

From M20 Ashford

Leave M20 at junction 10 (Ashford), take exit from roundabout to A20 Sellinge. Past Tesco on the right hand side, take first left hand road to Brook. (This is a tiny road and easily missed). After one mile turn right at T junction to Bradbourne Lees. After half a mile take second left hand road to Bulltown. Bulltown farmhouse will be found on left hand side 1.5 miles

From Canterbury

Leave Canterbury (Old Dover Road) on the Hythe Road B2068 and carry straight on for approximately 5 miles, where you will see a right turn, at staggered crossroads, to Hastingleigh. Follow the road all the away to Hastingleigh. Go through the village 0.25 mile until you come to a crossroads.Take a left turn to Bradbourne. Follow road 0.25 mile and descend a steep hill down the Downs and take sharp right to Wye and Brook and then sharp left to Bulltown. We are the first house on the right, past an old barn.
