On a clear night, sit on the veranda and be amazed by the brightness of the twinkling stars. There are many walks from the farm where you can see an abundance of wildlife. Remember to take in the charm of the local traditional Devon Inn and enjoy the West Country cuisine.
Nearby towns include Ashburton for antiques and Totnes, which has been voted by British Airways as one of the top 10 funkiest towns' in the world.

Quality Bed and Breakfast

Angela prepares an amazing homemade breakfast with only the best fresh local produce available. Her speciality 'Angela's porridge' is unique and made from a closely guarded secret recipe - not to be missed.

The guests have full use of the elegant lounge with open fire and conservatory leading onto the sun terrace. This makes the perfect place at the end of the day to watch the sunset. This is an attractive working farm where everyone can enjoy a visit to the farm animals, including Wellsummer hens which lay dark brown eggs and pedigree Devon Closewool sheep.

Balcony room, this attractive double-bed room with its own south-facing balcony reveals a tapestry of country colour. Its facilities include a full en-suite sparkling bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Twin/family room, French style décor in natural tones. Provides a high standard of accommodation with en-suite shower and WC. The room has a double bed and an additional single bed to accommodate twin/family accommodation.Both have luxurious beautiful crisp white Egyptian cotton bed linen, mini fridge, TV, hair dryer, CD clock radio and many special extras. There are two warm, attractive non smoking self catering properties 'The romantic Cottage' with 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 and 'The Lodge' with 3 bedrooms sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children but is also ideal for couples or those with preschool children. Parking is adjacent to the properties for easy access.
Both properties have decked verandas with stylish garden furniture and barbecues for al fresco meals. Enjoy the mild climate from this beautiful location.
There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves with the use of the spacious garden. Visit the farm animals including Wellsummer hens and pedigree Devon Closewool sheep.
