Our guests can make themselves at home in one of our two static holiday homes, both of which are equipped with modern conveniences and furnished to a high standard allowing you to enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of our surroundings in perfect comfort. Few other static caravans in Cheshire can boast of such an idyllic setting. Our static caravans are also very reasonably priced and our tariffs are often lower than other larger sites offering caravan hire in Cheshire.
There's also plenty to occupy your time during your stay with us. If you like to take it easy then we are one of the few holiday parks in Cheshire to maintain our own coarse fishing pit, which is always well stocked. It's the perfect place for you to spend a peaceful, stress-free day fishing with beautiful countryside as your backdrop. Of course, if you'd rather spend the day on your feet there's the peaceful village of Tattenhall, acres of countryside, and the city of Chester for you to explore.
We also operate as a working farm, so you'll get the opportunity to experience the day to day running of the farm first hand, perfect for families with children who will undoubtedly be eager to see the cows being milked. £40 per night - minimum 2 night stay - gas included.
1 April 2012 - 30 September 2012
£45 per night - minimum 2 night stay - gas and electric included.
Prices are based on up to 4 people using the double and 2 single bedrooms. For additional people requiring the use of the extra bed, a supplement of £5 per person per night applies.

Terms And Conditions
Homes are available from 3.30pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
All provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 1 week until a deposit has been received.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Failure to send payment will result in your holiday being cancelled and re advertised. We will not be responsible for deposits lost due to late payment.
In the event of a cancellation, fees are non-refundable. We will however do our best to re let the holiday home and then return the amount paid minus the deposit.
Guests are responsible for the homes and are expected to take all reasonable care of it. The guest is also required to report and pay for any damages, loss, or breakages, to accommodation or equipment/facilities on site.
The accommodation and its contents / site equipment, and all utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire period.
In some cases pets are welcome, however this must be by prior arrangement and they are the sole responsibility of the owner. If they are accepted it is on a strict understanding that they are kept under control, exercised off the premises, are clean, up to date with flea prevention treatment, and are not permitted in the bedrooms, or on the furniture. All excrement must be removed from the gardens / grounds. Under no circumstances must pets be left unaccompanied within the property. Occasionally a further security deposit is required for pets and any deductions will be made if extra cleaning is required caused by the pet or if any 'mess' is left in the gardens / grounds.
Cars using our car park facilities are left at owners' risk. |
