There are no neighbours just woods and fields. The interior is as original as possible but still comfortable and we do have modern plumbing and heating! The house has very thick cob walls and small paned windows .The whole house is very cottagey and atmospheric with varnished floors, lots of rugs, lots of brick and beams, rosy wallpaper, patchwork quilts, black and brass beds and chintzy curtains.

There are two double bedrooms (one of which has a single bed) both with an en-suite shower room. Each room has a window that looks out over the garden and surrounding country side, there is a separate dining room and a large beamed private guest sitting room with piano to play, piles of magazines to read, a television and a wood burning stove that warms the room in winter. Botany Farm House lives up to its name, overflowing with plants and flowers .The atmosphere is cosy and informal.
