| Blundeston is a typical Kentish family home with a delightfully relaxed atmosphere. The house is furnished with antiques in a charming period style which has been awarded 4 Diamonds by the South Eastern Tourist Board. It has two double bedrooms, one downstairs, both with en suite bathrooms, double or single beds, colour television, radio, coffee and tea facilities. A selection of breakfast is taken in the dining room between 8.00am and 9'o'clock, unless prior arrangements are made. The house is situated in a private road in the centre of the old village of Tunbridge Wells. It is in a quiet location and the house has its own driveway with ample parking space. The Pantiles, the High Street, with many shops and restaurants, are only a short walk, as is the main line station, with a regular service to London. It is a perfect home for a short holiday, or weekend, to visit the many gardens, castles and country houses nearby in Kent and Sussex. |

We have enjoyed doing Bed and Breakfast for many years in conjunction with the South Eastern England Tourist Board with the variety of guests it has brought us worldwide.
Our double/twin en suite bedrooms are comfortable furnished in keeping with the period style of the house, and the 4 Diamonds classification we have been awarded by the S.E.E.T.B. The rooms are all equipped with colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and hair driers. |

| Breakfast is served in the dining room. We have ample car parking in the drive in front of the house. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor swimming pool in the summer. Please accept that for your convenience of other guests we operate a no smoking policy. |

| How to Find Us From the M25 going east: exit 5, indicating A21 Hastings. Follow the dual carriageway until it ends near Tonbridge. Continue towards Hastings. After about 2 miles, the dual carriageway resumes at a roundabout. Continue for about a mile and take first exit, marked Pembury, and pick up A264 into Tunbridge Wells town centre. Continue for about a mile and a half until reaching traffic lights at the Salvation Army Hall crossroads. Straight over into Prospect Road which will turn sharp right and then first, left into Claremont Road. Stay with this, passing a small park on the right, then Miles Garage. Claremont now becomes Mount Sion and turns sharp right. Eden Road is the next on the left. |
