| In the Peak District, premier National Park the Inn has a large children friendly and pet friendly garden. It is favourite centre for walking and to visit Dovedale, the Manifold Valley, Chatsworth, Alton Towers and cycling on the Tissington Trail.|
With its new function room it is an ideal place for wedding receptions, banquets, group outings, barbeques, small conferences and residential training courses. Ample car parking.

A romantic break is for two people and includes flowers, chocolates, champagne in your room and an evening meal. The romantic break only applies for the first night of your stay.
We charge £10.00 per dog per stay.
A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per room per night is required to confirm your booking.
Late cancellations: 48 hours is required prior to arrrival if the booking is to be cancelled or payment in full will be taken.

Our restaurant is a well-appointed comfortable restaurant that overlooks the terrace and garden. It is a favourite venue for Derbyshire and Staffordshire people when they are having a celebration or just want to dine where the food and the wine are excellent without being pretentious.
Our award winning chefs use the finest ingredients to prepare all the classic and traditional dishes with a modern twist and the team are particularly keen to use the fresh produce sourced from the local farms and shopping outlets.
The menus are changed frequently, in particular our specials board shows off the skills of our well travelled chef, taking advantage of seasonal supplies including local game.
Back by local demand- our sunday carvery available 12-3pm, offering a choice of three roasts and usual accompaniments, with other options including vegetarian and fish options.
Open all day, the bar serves a selection of locally brewed ale which includes 'leatherbritches' which was once brewed on the premises.
Between 12 and 3pm, 6 and 9pm weekdays, between 12 and 9pm Saturdays and Between 12 and 8pm Sundays.
Traditional fayre is served in the bar and alfresco on the terrace during the day.
In the evening our a la carte restaurant serves imaginative and traditional dishes.
Day delegate package £10 per delegate or £12.50 with lunch.
Residential package £90 per delicate, includes bed, breakfast and evening meal.
