The Beech Tree Guest house is ideally situated within St Austell, only a 2 minute walk from the town centre, train and bus stations.

All rooms are fully en-suite, centrally heated and furnished to a high standard.
Rooms come equipped with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, mini safes, radio alarm clocks and hairdryers.
We offer the choice of either twin or double rooms, (sole use available at a supplement). We can also accommodate families.

For breakfast we offer the choice of tea/coffee, fresh fruit juices, cereals, Greek yoghurt and honey, followed by a full English or continental Option served with toast and preserves. A vegetarian option is also available on request.

St. Austell's location makes it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful county of Cornwall. From superb beaches to rugged cliff top scenery, tropical gardens and quaint fishing villages.

Within a short distance of St Austell is the historic port of Charlestown with its tall ships and maritime museum, the working fishing village of Mevagissey, with its narrow streets and picturesque house and the World renowned 'Eden Project'. The beaches of Carlyon Bay, Porthpean and Pentewen sands are also close by and afford clean beaches and safe swimming. Fowey, Polperro, Looe and the historic Cathedral town of Truro-famous for its Georgian architecture and fine shopping are also close by.

Directions from Exeter A30
From Exeter continue on the A30 sign posted Bodmin. After Bodmin take the A391 signposted St Austell. Follow directions to St Austell, upon entering St Austell, turn right at the T Junction A390-Holmsbush Road. At the 1st Roundabout, take the 3rd exit-Mount Charles Road (train station). Continue along this road. The road then becomes Victoria Road then Alexandra Road. At the mini Roundabout, take the 1st Exit into East Hill. Beech Road is the 1st turning on the Right. We are at the bottom of the road next to the park.

Directions from Plymouth A38
From Plymouth take the A38- Tamar Bridge, continue along A38 to Dobwalls, take the A390 to St Austell. After the T Junction (sign posted A391-Eden project). Carry on along the A390-Holmbush Road, from then on follow directions as above.
