Auchendinny has a peaceful loch side location just off the Portree to Dunvegan road (A850). There is ample parking in the 2 acre woodland gardens. To the front of Auchendinny there are uninterrupted views over Loch Snizort looking towards the trotternish ridge.

Ideal for bird watching with a wide variety of bird life including Artic Terns nesting on a small island on Loch Snizort to the front of Auchendinny, also seals and otters are often seen.

Auchendinny is a spacious Bungalow comprising of 5 guest rooms, 3 double, 1 family room (sleeps 3) and 1 twin room. All rooms have en-suite with colour TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hair dryers are also available. There is a guest TV lounge and large dining room with wonderful views over Loch Snizort. Tariff from £25 per person per night.

Directions to Auchendinny

Directions from Portree turn right for Uig (A87) turn off this road for Dunvegan (A850) travel some 4 miles. Auchendinny is on the right hand side. Around 15 mins by car from Portree.

By Bus - Take the Dunvegan Bus from Portree.
