Welcome to Arun Sands

A warm welcome to Arun Sands Guest House and Self Catering Apartment, situated in a prime position on Littlehampton seafront, just 150 metres from the blue Flag beach and overlooking The Green, Oyster Pond and the scenic views to the River Arun, West Beach and the sea. The station is a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Our 'hands on' service, friendly and relaxing atmosphere are waiting at "Arun Sands" for everyone. Our aim is to make your business stay or holiday break as pleasurable as possible! We are justifiably proud of our hospitality and unique brand of individual care and attention. We give a friendly welcome and homely atmosphere to all of our guests.

We are quality-assessed by Tourist Board as a three star Guest House accommodation.

About Us

A short level away is the main pedestrian shopping High street. There are a lot of small restaurants and cafes close to our Guest House providing good food and drink. We are situated just 12-15 minutes from the local railway station.

Self Catering

We now also have a Self Catering Apartment available for hire that sleeps up to 4 people. It is located in a beautiful seafront location and has all the facilities you would expect including colour TV, the kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave, toast, fridge and all crockery and cutlery you will require. The cost of electricity is included.

The apartment is non smoking and only one pet is allowed (prior notification is required).

The Area

We are ideally situated for visiting Arundel, Chichester, Portsmouth, Bosham and Goodwood. Inland lie many attractions and historical places of interest providing good half and full days out.

Littlehampton is located on the south coast between Worthing and Bognor Regis. It is the home of the best beaches in the area. The marina offers facilities for those wishing to participate in sea angling or divers keen to explore the many wrecks lying off the coast as well as sea trips. Littlehampton is the perfect place for seaside walks.

For the golfer there is nearby wonderful Littlehampton Golf Club which caters for individuals or society bookings The 18-hole parkland championship golf course with a nice views across the estate providing a challenge for golfers of all abilities.
