| Welcome to ARUN SANDS... Our Family run Victorian style townhouse has a great location, situated opposite the Blue Flag beach and overlooking the Harbour Park Amusement centre, river Arun and boating lake. Just 10 minutes walk from Littlehampton railway station and High Street. We have 8 letting rooms and they are all en-suite with the most popular two spacious family rooms the luxury suite with balcony and the four poster room both with seaview. Arun Sands can accommodate 20 guests so great for family reunions. All rooms have flat screen TV with freeview and free WiFi access and we offer a great choice of cooked breakfast. |
| Accommodation All our eight rooms are en-suite. Each room has remote controlled digital flat screen TV, a hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. Each bathroom has a shower, complimentary soaps, shampoo & shower gels. Ironing facilities are provided on request. The hotel's broadband wireless network extends throughout all the rooms - at no charge to our guests. In our nicely decorated cosy dining room we serve traditional English breakfast. Every guest on arrival has a list of breakfast preferences and there are options of vegetarian or continental breakfasts as well. We have an excellent selection of teas, choice of fresh fine quality medium roast coffee (decaf or standard). Juice, yogurts and fresh fruits are always in the breakfast menu for our guests. Special Occasion We can take the stress out of arranging your special occasion by having flowers, bottle of wine, chocolates and more in your room for additional reasonable price. |   |
 | Dining Out Arun View Inn A 10 minute walk along the river walk to the footbridge to this very extremely popular riverside pub and restaurant. Delightful to down a pint and watch the sun go down in the summer while sitting outside by the river. Very busy weekends and advisable to reserve seating. Fred's Fish and Chips A Traditional Family owned Fish and Chip shop, awarded Fish and Chip shop of the year in 2002 and six previous years. Situated by the banks of the river where you can watch the boats and feed the many swans. |

| Useful Information CHECK-IN TIME: - from 14:00 (2pm) onwards. If early check-in is required this must be pre-arranged and it's a subject to availability. CHECK-OUT TIME: - by 10:30 am. CHILDREN: - over the age of 12 will be charged as adults. - No children under the age of 5 from 1st July to 30th September and Bank Holiday weekends. CANCELATIONS: Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 48 hours before the arrival date/time are without charge. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notification, an amount, equivalent to one night's average cost of accommodation will be charged. During peak season (01 June 2011 - 30 September 2011 and Bank Holiday weekends) we have a 2 night minimum week-end stay policy, on certain occasions with special agreement in advance a one night stay is possible, in the event of one of the nights requiring cancellation unfortunately both nights will have to be cancelled. A £10.00 cancellation fee will be charged to cover all administrative costs. PLEASE NOTE That a minimum £35.00 deposit is required for a one night stay and 25% deposit for more than one night. PARKING: - it's free on the South Terrace street infront of our Guest House (where there are no double yellow lines or pay & display) - In the big council car park opposite parking is also free between 6pm till 8am.
