| The Arden Hotel is a well presented 4-star guesthouse bed and breakfast with classical Victorian looks and ten bedrooms offering Bed and Breakfast B&B. We are a quality, family-run establishment and our aim is to offer great value for money with first class personal service. Situated just off the sea front in the heart of the delightful English resort of Eastbourne on the sunny south coast of East Sussex. Eastbourne East Sussex is a traditional Victorian seaside resort with three miles of promenade, theatres, gardens, pier & bandstand and a great shopping centre with major shops. All our rooms are en-suite (one with private bathroom) and complete with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is on street and private parking. |

| There is a fine residents' lounge with TV, video library and books too! The breakfast room is smartly furnished and offers a choice of English or Euro-style breakfast including yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, tea or fresh coffee. We even cater for special diets if you let us know in advance. Ideally positioned being only 50 metres from the sea front, two minutes walk from the theatres and Devonshire Park (tennis) and within five minutes of the town centre and restaurants. There are plenty of traditional English Pubs too. There is free on-street parking and limited private parking to the rear. We have family rooms and well behaved pets are welcome too (limited rooms only). Owners Ray & Tracey Williams promise to help make your stay in Eastbourne a pleasant and enjoyable one. |

| Prices are for each person per night (two people sharing). Up to 10% discount for longer stays and for family and group prices. The single person supplement is £7 per night. Price includes breakfast choices All major credit/debit cards are welcome with a small charge of £1 on debit and 2% on credit card transactions. A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
