| Welcome to Alndyke Farm. The Davison family have now farmed here since 1898 and we are now the forth generation to farm which is mixed farm of cattle and arable. The house was once formally The Hall, which is now Grade Listed Georgian house Built in 1800 with local Denwick sand stone and has had variours alterations over the years. This is a working farm. Here you will experience the countryside changing with the seasons and see the day to day life on a Northumbrian farm. The farmhouse is a grade 2 listed Georgian house and is ideally situated within a 30 minutes walk from Alnwick town centre, and 1.5 miles from Alnwick Castle and garden. |
| Alnwick castle was used in the filming of Harry Potter and has become synonymous with Hogwarts and all things magical. We offer good value for money. You will enjoy top class accommodation with delicious home cooked Northumbrian breakfasts, cooked on an AGA. The stone built cottages are across the road from the farmhouse and are both set in their own fenced garden with countryside views. |

The dining room is a great place to be in the morning, waiting for one of Laura's home cooked breakfasts. Once again you are surrounded with authentic antique pieces of furniture. The lounge is south facing with great views over the Nortumbrian countryside and gets the full benefit of the morning sun.The room is furnished with antiques, comfortable sofas and colour T.V. To add to that 'country feel', there is a wood burner for cosy evenings with a good book. |

A leisurely stroll along a public footpath takes you into the heart of Alnwick in 30 minutes. Suzanne's cottage also adjoins the farm. It has its own larger garden complete with picnic table. There is a car park for two cars. Sand pit and swing available for children. All fuel and power is included in the rent All bed linen is also included.
