Introduction
Ian and Rita warmly welcome you to our charming and elegant Victorian house, built in 1892 and situated in a quiet road only 40 metres from the beach. Entering the hallway you will step back in time in this beautiful themed Victorian guest house.
All rooms are non-smoking and individually furnished to a very high standard to provide each guest with every comfort for their stay.
Within easy walking distance is the town centre, beautiful gardens, promenade and Victorian pier, various restaurants, four theatres, tennis and conference centre.Nearby is Sovereign Harbour, the Marina and several golf courses.

Guests may choose to have this room with twin beds.

This room has a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The beautiful antique canopied kingsize bed is draped with cream curtains.
The room has a seaview and large shower en-suite to complete the comfort of your stay.
An additional single bed is available on request to accommodate a third person.

These two beautiful romantic rooms have a true period feel. The double beds have a canopy in Toile de Jour with matching window drapes. For your comfortthere is an en-suite shower room and everything to make your stayas enjoyable as possible.

Eastbourne is largely the creation of the 7th Duke of Devonshire, who in 1859 had a vision of a seaside resort. Today it is one of the most popular seaside resorts in England with thousands of visitors staying each year.
The position of Eastbourne is perfectly situated, with nearby 1066 countryside with castles and manor houses to visit. Eastbourne itself has everything a holiday town could possibly offer, including the latest addition, the largest composite Marina in Europe.
After a day at the beach the choice is overwhelming, with the largest theatre complex outside London, cinemas, country-style pubs and nightclubs, the list is endless. Eastbourne can also boast one of the best sunshine records in the country.
