If you are looking forward to spend a comfortable week exploring the delighted streets, wildlife parks, ghost trails and much more then this English town of Burford stands as a dream come true. The natives have capitalized the proximity of river Windrush, and visitors have plenty of places to explore.

The main high street not only keeps variety of shops but it allows the visitors to reach the river, as the Windrush lies at the end of the sloppy full of life street. One can spend hours and hours wondering around the brilliant antique architecture of the buildings that surround the town. The true manifestation of antiquity is in the form of parish church of St. John Baptist which stands in the prominent area of the town as a monument and to this date testifies the glory of religious buildings in the medieval times.

In the suburbs of the town lies Cotswold Wildlife Park which spans across more than 150 acres of the area. Hundreds of native and exotic species of animals are systematically placed in the park to encourage visitors to get close with the wild side of jungle and to enjoy their leisure time in the company of their favorite animals.

Recently some of the new trends in the tourist industry are implemented in the town and the series of ghost trails is one such instance. These trails are designed to bring some drama to the recreational activities. Haunted rooms are fun for kids and there are specific sections that are maintained for adults as well.

We hope you enjoy your stay in one of our cheap Burford hotels, mid range or luxury Burford hotels.
