| "St. Valentines Dinner. I would like to convay our appreciation to you and the hotel staff for taking such trouble to make this a very special evening. The restaurant and tables were tastefully decorated with attention to detail. As always, of course, the meal was excellent and due to the efforts of all my wife & I had a memorable evening."

"Everybody agrees that it was a lovely day with a special atmosphere. What undoubtedly made the day ,that bit extra special, was the outstanding service that we received from you all.
All our freinds & relatives have commented on 2 key things that helpd make the day so special; the highly professional and caring service from Les & and the waitress staff and the outstanding quality of the food. In fact many guests stated that it was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding reception. High oraise indeed as 2 of the guests own catering companies."
