| "We saw the unusual house & pretty garden and you just knew something very special awaited you inside. First the warmest welcome from Alan, the beautiful house, lovely en-suite room right down to the details from toothpicks to cotton buds in our room - and as for breakfast what can I say - the food is delicious and very well presented (I particularly recommend Alan's mushrooms and Kate's Derbyshire Oatcake) - it has been a joy experiencing your beautiful home and such wonderful hosts - we feel thoroughly spoiled - I will have to come again - I feel as though I have stayed with friends and will have to resist the impulse to hug you farewell - I don't want to leave!"
