"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived on christmas eve at the help we received.
the other guests were so friendly and were telling us how wonderful the hotel was und and the food was out of this world. some of them had been telling us that they had been coming to your hotel for christmas and other times during the year for 18 years, that in it's self proves you have got it right and ater our 4 days with you we then knew everbody was right and we whole heartily agree.
the way you run your hotel to it's great success is the tremendous effort you and your wife put into it, also allyour staff, a ship is only as good as it's captain and your hotel as 2"

"My wife, mother in law and i arrived having previously booked for 2 nights. we were so impressed that we booked an extra night soon after arival and we had not even tried the restaurant then.
we would like to teel you that we have a very enjoyable time, and have added your hotel ot our list of favourites. we had never been to norfolk before but will certainly come again.
all the staff we came into contact with were friendly, professional and pleased to help in any way. all our meals were excellent and well presented.

"What can we say! thank you for helping to make our weeks bowling tour such a success.
during the week we had loads of feed back about how nice the hotel was and how great the mealsl were.
some of the tourists have been on tour many times and they said this was the best one they had been on. the weather helped but the efficiency and pleasantness of you and all your staff made the week go with a swing.
